We want you to be completely satisfied with your chipboard boxes and folding cartons, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-printed or specialty-sized orders are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the specific item details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the unused cartons in their original shipping container to prevent any bending or structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our distribution center using a carrier that provides tracking.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the quantity and condition of the returned boxes, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
